At the heart of our wedding weekend, the JW Marriott is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy a few days on the Gulf. Between celebrations, spend the morning by the beach or pools, unwind at the spa, head out on the water, play a round of golf, or explore the resort’s many restaurants and bars. The Paradise Planner below offers a guide to dining, activities, and what’s happening around the resort throughout the weekend.
For the moments in between celebrations, we’ve gathered a few great places to eat and drink around the island, whether you’re looking for morning coffee, lunch by the water, dinner out, or a cocktail as the sun goes down.

For an afternoon off the island, head north to Downtown Naples. Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South are home to some of the area’s best shopping and dining and make an easy destination for lunch, a leisurely afternoon, or dinner out.
One of the best ways to experience Marco Island is from the water. Set out for an afternoon of sailing or shelling, take a WaveRunner along the coast, or spend a few quiet hours kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing.
